How can we help you?

We can provide tailored services to meet the needs of your group or organisation. Active Hope work can stand on its own, or be integrated into your pre-existing programme or curriculum. We also very much enjoy collaborating on projects and events. We are happy to have an initial chat to see if we can help in any way; Contact us to arrange a call.

We work on a sliding scale basis, based on financial capacity and available funding. We do our best to make this work accessible to all, while still earning a living wage.

Workshops

Custom-designed to meet the needs of any community group, organisation, or business. Workshops can range from a 2-hour introduction, to daylong or weekend.

Long-term Programmes

Longer training programmes provide a deeper learning experience, and usually greater levels of change and impact. There is more opportunity for facilitated reflection, practice and application over time. Relationships deepen and new skills and ideas are implemented more effectively.

Retreats

Retreats are a chance to get out of the normal day-to-day environment, and provide really restorative experiences and opportunities for deeper connection with self and each other. Useful for creating a bond that goes beyond the 'work' a group is doing together. Particularly good for incorporating some deep nature connection.

Mentoring + Consulting

We can support you in developing what you need for your team or organisation. Work 1:1 with a core facilitator to create or improve programming, improve facilitation skills, design an event, and more.

Dance & Movement

Want to bring a bit of craic into your work, or your group or community? Dance can support and strengthen team-building, and community spirit. It helps people get out of their heads, have some fun, release stress and tension, and get creative. People that dance together are better together!
